Participants looking for partners will have a unique opportunity to present their organizations and ideas for project proposals in front of the audience in the form of a brief oral presentation (3 minutes max. and only one presentation per entity or proposal idea).
For the presentation during the oral session please use the recommendations included in this TEMPLATE.
Please note that:
Due to time constraints, the selection criteria will follow the next order or preference:
- Project ideas, linked to a WP CL5 2025 specific topic.
- Entity profiles linked to WP CL5 2025 specific topics (on a first come first served basis).
- Entity profiles.
We only accept ONE presentation per entity. Priority will be given to 2025 call and not future ones.
Presentation order during the event will be following the date of reception of the final version of the PowerPoint presentation and not the date of registration.
Deadline to submit your presentation: 14th of April.

To increase the participation of widening countries, only selected pitches from these countries will receive additional information to request reimbursement for travel and subsistence actual costs (up to €1,000) to GREENET project.
